I listened to a video recently that explained how women were always the ones to initiate romantic encounters. In the animal kingdom, females are the initiators as well. The males are exotic looking: think of peacocks. Women used to “accidentally” drop handkerchiefs in front of men they were attracted to in order to get a conversation started. But women don’t do that anymore so men are expected to cold approach which is fucking brutal. I think that’s why dating apps have taken over. But dating apps give you a distorted perception of what options are actually available for you. So people stay single longer looking for the perfect partner that doesn’t actually exist.
It’s is absolutely brutal. Romanticism and social media have poisoned people’s expectation of a life partner. And yes, it makes sense to me that it’s much more efficient if women take a small first step, I wouldn’t be with the love of my life today if I hadn’t done that.
Ohhh story time! Tell us what step you took. https://image.nostr.build/fbb744159655502ad55e34b20299efa13780719c1494296148cfc32add3b9ad1.gif
Just a very thoughtful, curious, inviting DM after we had interacted publicly on very important topics. 😊 The rest is history. 💘
Sounds like you guys met in college
 Nope. 😊
 🤣
I want to hear your side of the story too. I always find that women remember things differently 😂
