Closed source, forced algos optimized to piss you off and cause addiction are bad

Open source, opt in algorithms that you control are... Less bad lol, but probably still addictive  

 Yes, I am talking about this contradiction, but I myself have nothing against algorithms if I can control them (turn them off).
