 I learned soooo much by using a continuous glucose monitor. Not for diabetes or any other reason other than learning more about my body. Seriously changed my health (and diet). 
 Soooo cool. I learned that I tend to run average to borderline hypoglycemia, but it’s kind of regardless of diet? So I’m looking into hormonal imbalances now

 I think one of the big companies is releasing an OTC GCM that also measures ketones. Just FYI. 

One of the carnivore YouTubers I follow mentioned something about that.  
 It would be amazeballs if they made CGMs OTC with ketones 🤯 
 After I buy a new car (not new, but, you know, new to me), I might be getting one, as I'm curious, though, I don't know if I need to since I now can tell when I'm in ketosis based on how my saliva tastes. (Look up "keto breath.")  
 Oh yeah, very aware of keto breath 🫠😂 i track bc i like to experiment. See what diff foods do. How far i can push it basically. 
 I'm not exactly healthy enough metabolically to experiment yet, though, I am finally able to discern some signals my body is giving me, like I recently discovered that mozzarella cheese will kick me out of ketosis. Butter doesn't.
