After I buy a new car (not new, but, you know, new to me), I might be getting one, as I'm curious, though, I don't know if I need to since I now can tell when I'm in ketosis based on how my saliva tastes. (Look up "keto breath.")

I'm not exactly healthy enough metabolically to experiment yet, though, I am finally able to discern some signals my body is giving me, like I recently discovered that mozzarella cheese will kick me out of ketosis. Butter doesn't.
