in spite of my headache and pain and distraction from this peripheral neuropathy thing, i managed to get a bit of work done today
and i fasted, and only "broke" it with a cup of cacao in hot water
i am going to continue the fast for an indefinite period at this point, i figure i have enough fat on me to manage 2 weeks so let's see how i go, if this leads to my gut and my nerves getting better it will be well worth it
and on that note, GN :beaming:
Just be careful, especially on reentry, but congrats 🤝🎉
yeah, the temptation to go carbs is gonna be rough, i'm going to specifically go shopping a couple times to search for actual beef to break it with... they have had hardly any in the store since i bought all their burger patties
Don't focus on getting the lean meat, high fat content will help keep you satiated. Goes the same with butter, ghee, tallow etc.
Safe fast and I belief if you believe it works it will! 😋🔥🥰⚡
peripheral neuropathy is not a delusion
i had a doctor ignorantly try to tell me that 20 years ago
I am saying that if you believe fast will help you heal, it will. I believe we have the power to heal ourselves. But that's me.
fasting is especially good for healing the digestive system, it's like sleep for the brain
