I see your point, and agree it is slightly ridiculous lol. You might be more hopeful than me and that might be the difference. I think you probably may need slightly ridiculous solutions to a slightly ridiculous dilemma of umm network effect / cultural echo chamber stagnation. There's no reason why it couldn't be an grant allocated with a stipulation it must be spent on marketing?
