I think you probably may need slightly ridiculous solutions to a slightly ridiculous dilemma of umm network effect / cultural echo chamber stagnation. There's no reason why it couldn't be an grant allocated with a stipulation it must be spent on marketing? (I realise this also sounds ridiculous what with nostr devs needing the money for more short term pressing matters). I don't know ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
