If you can find purple dead nettle tea it is the best natural antihistamine I've found. Instant relief, zero side effects.

if the allergies are from pollen, a preventative measure is a HEPA air filter... air ionisers also help, if you have earthed panels, the pollen tends to get a negative charge and be drawn to the earth as it passes
 Thanks for the tip!
I can't recall seeing dead nettle tea in any store, however it grows all over the place. Often in and around lawns. I wonder if the antihistamine effect evolved to deal with spring allergy season 🤔

For stuff I collect, not sure if I like mullein tea or dead nettle tea (or other mints) more
Purple dead nettle tea is a great antihistamine. You may find it in or around lawns. https://image.nostr.build/f3543447d946b73ed3d1c09cc9b8bc747122c969c526ffccfb404bf231c2a72b.jpg

I eat nettle already. I didn't know that those things had em to.
Yeah, its actually a mint, but the leaves resemble nettle
Ah ok. There are loads of those things around.
I snack on them sometimes. I don't really have allergies too bad, so I don't know how well they work for allergies when eaten
Ive always called those honey suckels. You can eat the flowers and they taste like honey a bit. But im guessing the leafs are where the good shit is.
I've never tried it, now I'm gonna! Pharmaceutical antihistamines fuck me up and don't work most of the time.
Oh man I wanted nettle tea to work so bad but I was allergic to it or something. Gave me hives or eczema every time I have tried it.
Make sure you get purple dead nettle specifically. It's different than stinging nettle which is more commonly used.

Will look for it and try it 👍
Interesting! I’ll have to try this. I’ve tried a bunch of stuff.
I couldn't believe how well it worked. Changed my life.
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us! 💪🏼💚
one of my teachers survived for 8 years
drinking only stinging nettle soup
he turned green
but hey, he got super enlightened...
Trying to find some of this after hearing you mention on multiple podcasts! I am getting rekt by allergies right now (and it's winter where I am)
I spray chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) up my nose when I get seasonal allergies.

It's definitely not as natural as nettle tea but also provides instant relief.

It's probably the best antiseptic I know of & also seems to have an anti-inflammatory effect. I also use it to sterilize my workspace when doing clean mushroom work.

CDS is a gas dissolved in water which turns it a bright yellow colour. You make it by reacting sodium chlorite (not sodium hypochlorite aka bleach) with an acid in a sealed container filled with water. It can be taken orally to neutralize toxins from food poisoning as well as kill pathogens in your body. It works through mild oxidation and breaks down into chloride ions & oxygen.

It's the same stuff in those water purification/sterilization tablets you take with you when hiking in remote areas. A mining dude (Jim Humble) supposedly discovered it's antiviral effects when he gave water purification tablets to 2 of his engineers that were almost dead from malaria.

It's very cheap & very useful for the prepper. It's been incorrectly labelled as bleach & I'm sure it's what Trump was talking about when the MSM accused him of advocating bleach as a treatment for Covid.

Are you sleeping on CDS anon?

 I'm going to try this
You're supposed to dilute 1 part of the 3000ppm (full strength) CDS with 9 parts of saline.

I was doing it straight, you might want to choose somewhere in between.

You can buy the nasal spray bottles on eBay.
Glad I said something before going for it
