I can't recall seeing dead nettle tea in any store, however it grows all over the place. Often in and around lawns. I wonder if the antihistamine effect evolved to deal with spring allergy season 🤔

For stuff I collect, not sure if I like mullein tea or dead nettle tea (or other mints) more
Purple dead nettle tea is a great antihistamine. You may find it in or around lawns. https://image.nostr.build/f3543447d946b73ed3d1c09cc9b8bc747122c969c526ffccfb404bf231c2a72b.jpg

I eat nettle already. I didn't know that those things had em to.
Yeah, its actually a mint, but the leaves resemble nettle
Ah ok. There are loads of those things around.
I snack on them sometimes. I don't really have allergies too bad, so I don't know how well they work for allergies when eaten
Ive always called those honey suckels. You can eat the flowers and they taste like honey a bit. But im guessing the leafs are where the good shit is.
