Yes, and I am focused on my dietary choices. Unfortunately too much attention is dedicated to a “diet” than a way of life that is sustainable and reasonably healthy. Enjoy life, enjoy moderation and enjoy yourself. I’m glad your decisions are working for you and you are enjoying the results. If I were deathly obese, I would whatever diet it took to get my body back to a more healthy level, not a 5% body fat as too many focus on being “healthy”
