I really enjoyed this vid man.

About 18 months ago, I very deliberately asked myself how I could express my most authentic self.

It caused me to become aware of when I was expressing something else. One of those expressions was pleasing others & making them feel comfortable in my presence.

When you become conscious of an unconscious behaviour, you get to observe it. It doesn't always mean that you can stop the program from running immediately, but you become more aware of it. It's no longer running unmonitored. You eventually start to get a choice of whether to run the program or experience the discomfort that you assume will occur when you don't run it.

Becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable is what makes you feel like a psychopath 😆
Another unconscious behaviour is your eye contact with others.

Maintaining eye contact with all other animals is something predators & alphas do. The prey will look for avenues of escape once a threat is identified, they have no intention of defending or attacking. The predator is zero'd in on its target & the alpha is assessing the best course of action. Averting eye contact signals submission & is non threatening.

Try walking down the street and staring into the eyes of strangers passing you. Be diligent in not smiling, on not signalling that you are non threatening. At the same time fill your heart with the Love that comes with knowing that they are also you (we are all One).

Children actually have the most beautiful response to this. They have little to fear from humans yet & are fascinated by your strange behaviour. Most adults they see just ignore them.
I’ll test this one. Thanks man!
 100%
It’s such a big mindset shift that it felt so foreign in the beginning
good topic, but the always on music is horrible, nice to see you now on the autistic side, the real one 😂😉👌
