 I can also strongly recommend trying out Zinc, it can make a major positive difference for your skin. 
 Be careful not to oversupplement. It can decrease your copper levels and throw off that mineral balance.  
 Good advice. I usually grab my supplements of choice Sunday evening or sometimes on Friday evenings as well so I'm boosted for the workweek. Magnesium, Zinc, B-complex, D-vit (mostly winter), and whatever leftover I have of other stuff 😂

 Oregano oil! Can order from Mary Ruth’s organic (and many others). Also put chopped up onions in garlic, better to let it sit for a week but can use after it sits overnight. Oregano, garlic, onions, and honey all have very very strong antibiotic, anti viral, anti fungal properties.
