 I can also strongly recommend trying out Zinc, it can make a major positive difference for your skin. 
 Be careful not to oversupplement. It can decrease your copper levels and throw off that mineral balance.  
 Good advice. I usually grab my supplements of choice Sunday evening or sometimes on Friday evenings as well so I'm boosted for the workweek. Magnesium, Zinc, B-complex, D-vit (mostly winter), and whatever leftover I have of other stuff 😂
