@c355cc3a :kekw: I fully agree with this Scratch guy. If you won't tell me your timeline, you ain't getting money until I see the done product. If you do have a timeline and you get over it too much, I'm charging back if you refuse to refund me the money.
Of course, if you show me updates, I might reconsider.
@Ronnie21093@supersid I'm just telling you you have options, you outright told me you can't properly run Foundry because you have several games going. :angery1:
Maybe I'm misinterpreting what "unlinking" is, explain it to me. I know that you can give a token full stats.
@Ronnie21093@supersid I don't think a bit of pixelation will kill anyone, man. You could also just make super high quality maps but cut them up into their own piece, so they can fit the upload limit.
Plugins are obviously very cool, but that's a whole lot of work that others did for you in Foundry VTT. It's the same for Roll20 (only that you have to go Pro, which I would not recommend to anyone sane). As for "unlinking tokens" and all that crap, Roll20 does have a similar feature actually, I never used it because uh, it's too much work for something I can just do on my PC directly when the UI on Roll20 is garbage.
As I said, I use AlwaysOnTopper with screenshots and I'm doing just fine keeping track of what is needed from my mobs.
@Ronnie21093@supersid You use Dungeondraft just like me, I can give you my settings. Otherwise, just upload the music somewhere and when a DM needs it, they can add it for the session and delete it afterwards.
Also, do you need all of your maps permanently on Roll20? Add those to the Google Drive as well and when they're needed, they can be added to Roll20 as well.
Do you know what I do for my monsters? I made tokens for all of them, added their stats and when I need a random encounter or anything, I just copy paste 'em in.
@Ronnie21093@supersid You can give GM privileges to anyone you want in-game though, it's true that you'd need to keep your PC open at all times, but that's not a big deal actually.
As for the OS, eh, that's a problem you need to solve. Yarrrr!
@Ronnie21093@supersid Just use Google Drive for that. :zt_think:
Running a "living world" is pretty difficult, Forge VTT can have something that can help you with that.
@Narbray I agree, it's the only one with which I really never saw any ads while others have had issues recently with YouTube and other places. :ina_nod:
