@872ab8e1 It writes" Captchas are designed to be difficult for for machines to solve, but easy for humans"
But it actually isn't hard at all for the machine to read it.
It is National Day of Truth and Reconciliation to remember the violence done to First Nations Peoples in the residential school systems. There is so much ongoing #justice work to be done. I made this #painting of a friend in the Kiikaapoa Bear Clan. She & her sister do community work. 50% of the sale will go to her. The other 50% will get reinvested into painting more amazing people. If you buy it for them #reparations I'll make a print for you. #NDTR

What do you mean you want to understand 'what elements are explicit to race?' It's how it is arbitrarily & disproportionately applied. Those reasons will change, it's not just bc of white norms. They'll find reasons, until girls are wearing burkas & Black kids have heads shaved or neither allowed in school. It will be arbitrarily applied bc of racism. That is how hate works.
I didn't presume you were white. I saw you didn't seem to know racism.
Work in progress on another large painting I started a couple of weeks ago. It's coming along.
I think I was inspired a little by that picture of the woman in wartorn Ukraine, and the fierce cat on her shoulder, because after I saw it, this tiger showed up. The whole painting is much larger.

I currently have a pronounced #pareidolia effect where I see birds and bird shapes everywhere. They are magically appearing in my painting.
Today there is a #heron added, and even yesterday's crop of the painting I noticed a peacock (her leg in purple.)
I really like #painting #birds it seems too.

@b870d4c8 I know they don't think that, I am on permanent disability now from ptsd from being there, though they knew they were lucky to have me to exploit, bc boy did they overwork me and multiply my workload without any extra pay...just I wasn't to speak up.
It was disheartening to see people immersed in teaching values...have none.
I was just reminded of when I was working for a synagogue and the rabbi asked me to steal a book by photocopying the entire 300 or so pages for him, rather than purchase a copy, which I instead sourced for him, gave him info on copyright law, told him I thought it was an unethical ask, and though was expensive, he had a budget for in his expenses. I was placed in a terrible position to call out the rabbi & refuse the work.
He should never have asked me to do something he knew was wrong.

It is a gross display of libertarianism, waste, & car culture parading as something avant garde, futuristic, and noble. It is backward, dystopian, and profligate.
