I used onion, garlic, potato, turnip, carrot, turnip greens, cauliflower leaves, all finely cut. I add pasta (little small balls), and broth I made with meat and vegetable (seasoned with cloves, cumin, allspice, garlic, bay leaves, salt, olive oil).
