Both Damus and Primal show an unread DM, but no way to see it or mark it as read 😭

Also I can’t seem to post on Primal.
Open source is an intrinsic component of Bitcoin. Just sayin’ https://image.nostr.build/7e7a14d38dffb48101545cb3cfa5c832032f6bcaf05ba59da650e88c6d4b0a56.jpg
🚨 HELP 🚨 I want a #Bitaxe Supra to participate in the #Bitcoin solo mining lottery!

When a...
The Solo Mining Co in the UK should be stocking Supra soon!
 30% of what?
 finally after tens of trys
i was able to solder
my second asic BM1366 chip
onto the #bitaxe 204 ...
 You got this!
Beyond stoked to be awarded a grant from OpenSats to further development of the #bitaxe!

Huge thanks to everyone at OpenSats and the donors that support.

Bitcoin is open source! nostr:note1plg2skcym2076ra7u6xpy9p63czxqke462xnek9399gkxrrc8veqctmxyl
Those who have #Bitaxe 204 what the power supply you use ?
I’ve got a link to the Amazon one I use on the Bitaxe Github readme..

Yeah! We’re going to do a Solar Bitaxe design contest on OSMU this spring!
Open Source is the secret of my success. Every great opportunity I've ever had was the result of ...
 HW too!
Have anyone tried to mine their own transaction with Bitaxe ? 🤔
Yes, but transaction selection is up to the pool/stratum server. The bitaxe just mines whatever is sent to it.
@nostrdirectory Verifying My Public Key: "skot9000"
1 in 5.3M is better than a lot of lotteries
This is the goal! We’ll get there.
It aims to be pretty easy.. lmk if you have questions, happy to help.
It /should/ be mostly plug n play. What’s not working on yours?
Uh oh! That shouldn’t happen. Where did you get them? Those screens are a couple dollars on Amazon, you could get a replacement, or if you don’t want to screw around with it you could return the whole thing.
is a BitAxe more power efficient than an S9?
Yes, the Bitaxe Ultra is about 4x more efficient.

The BM1366 ASIC in the ultra is nominally 21.5 J/TH and the BM1387 in the S9 is 98 J/TH
Hey, I'm new to #nostr and looking to connect with people who are into #OpenSource, #decentraliz...
Three excellent topics all in one post!
So excited to give @jack @jimmysong and @maxkeiser the bitaxe; a fully open source ASIC Bitcoin miner! I hope you get a chance to play with it, and lemme know if you have any issues. https://image.nostr.build/4e8717f31265438a05fce29813ef80111dbff9212ede4a8656383892c0fbb34c.jpg
And there is the other side! Won’t be long now. #bitaxeUltra https://image.nostr.build/a446197c20d5b16e1f03e552d0d1c4df5626534898e903adfb9c606083eb29c2.jpg
Yes, definitely. Altair and Bitcoin Merch sell them, among others.
Oh that’s cool — I want one of these!! @djuri Are you going to make the PCB CAD files available? nostr:note1x3v335ns9svhs8t0xwcqs7dndpxxh3gmps04tc3ch4sv8nqu922qtp42jy
I’ve been looking through that repo and I don’t seen any PCB CAD files.. just a jpg of the schematic. Am I missing it?
 bitaxeUltra release coming soon!

This fully open source #bitcoin  miner has a single BM1366 ASIC (from the S19XP). It runs quiet and cool at just about 500 GH/s https://image.nostr.build/eb14cbe38f0812e27c65ef19fde3925c1ec7d5fc7454b5ba811dbf5ec9871065.jpg
This has the same nominal efficiency as the Antminer the chips come from; 21.5 J/TH
Yes, the BM1366 is from Bitmain and is used in the Antminer S19XP and the S19k Pro
I think both.. you can also build from scratch; all the design files are on https://github.com/skot/bitaxe
 Yup! The bitaxeHex https://github.com/skot/bitaxehex
Added two more USB ports to the Bitcart design. Apparently we’re going to be talking USB to hashboards soon?? https://image.nostr.build/40e85bf612f4ba048dfea189121616dac1427f48ad4716f6ff1c48b3262c050d.png
 Replacement control board for Antminers
Stay away from that damn intel asic bs you’ve been showed
 Why??
Looking for old satellite dishes near me….
Haven’t been able to find any….
 Is this for blockstream satellite?
 on July 03, 2012, in a BitcoinTalk discussion about the first ever mining ASIC;

"I would personally love to see a well documented Bitcoin-specific ASIC that is sold by reel (or in smaller quantities to hobbyists by a retailer). This way there could be many companies developing and offering products from "coffee-warmers" to 4U Terahash-class racks."

I dvr this old house? Is that bad?
Are they doing new houses/episodes still?
Oh yeah, I have binge watched on several occasions! Mid-90s Steve Thomas / Norm Abrams in their prime is my favorite.
I have been head down lately on day job work, but this #bitaxe ultra has been hashing away, cool and quiet amongst this snow drift of boards on the back corner of my desk.

Right around 500 billion hashes a second, every second of every day. https://image.nostr.build/20e5cbbace6d0efe0dc86cf6e2f6ea03291f7a553a8e8b7023f5b09b2228d8ce.jpg
Check out the details on bitaxe.org
Do you want to add my open source Bitcoin miner HW project? https://github.com/skot/bitaxe

I’d love to meet some HW folks in Miami

I’m convinced there is no /good/ S9 firmware for heating use. Braiins has been taking down their open source code too.
