Verify that the mint is operational. You can do this by copying the mint's URL, pasting it in your browser and adding '/keys' at the end of the URL. If the page displays a list of keys, the mint is operational.
If the mint is up, maybe it needs to be updated?

That's strange, the proofs were already spent and that's why they have been deleted. Idk how you landed in that state... There was a bug report yersterday where a melting TX was not recognized in the TX history. Is it possible that you have cashed out into your Lightning wallet somewhere in between? π Lots of reports since beta release which I want to fix asap. Sorry for the inconvenience
