Verify that the mint is operational. You can do this by copying the mint's URL, pasting it in your browser and adding '/keys' at the end of the URL. If the page displays a list of keys, the mint is operational.

If the mint is up, maybe it needs to be updated?

 The only thing I did was to do some "multi-mint exchange" several times. I'll try to send back the ecash to another mint to see if the issue is linked to my mint or not.
