Low squat and hold for a minute. Feet a little open. That should remove the tension a bit. Look up stretching excercises for soas muscles. When it feels hams up to back, it’s commonly soas needs stretching. A good physio or osteopath (if not in North America as they don’t have them there) can help with a good stretch. It’s extremely overlooked muscle. Definitely high chance if you sit at computer a lot

After yesterdays unnerving encounter with fat defensive rattle snake, it's time to start taking the dogs for beach walks. It's that time if the year in Costa Rica where the snakes come out, eggs are being laid etc. Friend asked why I didn't just kill it but am enjoying their home. Beach will be good for a couple of months as long as the mutts don't come across the croc that is currently in the bay. I remember watching documentaries on this years ago. The only way to truly test is longitudinal studies. Not easy to find volunteers! When you trust someone and they let you down, you can feel pretty angry for a while. We learn who we trust through this process. Many people invested in trust of authorities for decades. Trying to visualise the multiple of those personal moments of anger at that scale suggests better to try and build better systems fast really.

I actually read a whole bunch of papers. You could starts with things like this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8600071/ and look through some of the citations but to be honest, they're written in such a dry manner that the potential dangers and harms are essentially glossed over using lots of over the top unnecessary explanations. If you want something more digestible, I'd recommend looking up some good substacks. I'd start with Jessica Rose, she's awesome at working through things and explaining and tying issues together. I would throw a little comment in too. Am no biologist but if one of the things celebrated is that is stops an immune response to the RNA, should one not ask whether or not the body should have genetic alien material it would normally attack present in a form that is pervasive (the pseudouridine stops rapid RNA breakdown apparently).

Sunk time for no benefit is always a little disheartening but well worth analysing lessons. After spending 4 months looking through thousands of oil wells to identify low risk clean up projects, I've realised I don't trust the production data available. Time for a plan B!

I was saying to a friend recently that if one gets both oil and gas, and wanted to mine btc, could make nostr portal for people to invest btc to buy miners and automatically distribute based on investment. We could take a cut to cover maintenance and a bit of profit but individuals could mine with free energy
One has to try and I will go back to studying data and see about opportunities. I just finished a well for a client and theyre considered fairly complex but kept it 95% in zone. It's frustrating to know once that's put online, it should produce 8-12m USD in first year and I get no cut but one hones skills until opportunity arises right!
Its fairly evident when looking at pressure etc during production. No. I don't think have ever seen someone with a security guard. It's not that violent but has little punishment for crime as far as I have seen. It's likes there's a lack of deterrance but it is mostly theft. Recently a little more violence in the drug scene
