 This is kinda interesting, they propose never truly owning land, but in reality the descendants will most likely give up the land because they have no use for it, so the time limit is unnecessary. Because if all descendants die, the land get recouped by the state with Their fees or claimed by someone else.  

 I'd argue that, they want wages to increase.

 People are graduating with lower SAT scores, the economic incentives behind education are waning.  There's no innovation within the education sector their budgets are tight. Maybe if they didn't make college so expensive students would try to apply. 

 With a well designed welfare system, the welfare state will eventually die. It's a knowledge based economy that'll create the critical thinking that'll outlive the use case of welfare. 

 It's already in the back of Americans' minds, we have a permanent war with the following countries embedded in our perception, and the drones of people that don't have any incentive to actually learn about the history keeps the money strong in these organizations that the voting class has no control over.
