Agreed. I doubt the shop will have this problem. My projections don’t seem like I’ll be having more than 2/3 at the shop at the same time.
I’m not very very worried about the bottle neck. But A seems more inviting in general.

Wifey and I are now leaning B. But only if we can fix the work area.
Shop is run by one person. Me. Not expecting volume. It’s small on purpose.

I am leaning towards customers comfort, so I will mostly go for Option B. But this also means we need to solve the bar area a little more. it doesn't feel like its 100% functional.

I personally had a good experience with Toyo in the past.
If you are in the US, I would look into Costco. Usually they have a good deal. I think they install Michelin these days.
An AI assistant in an office would be much more helpful if it worked like a person. 1 person.
For example I get an update from a client. I tell the AI that client X want to meet on this day.
Rather than each person in a company has their own assistant, it would be amazing if it was everyone's assistant.
So if someone else asks it, when does client X wants to meet, it will respond with Tkay told me client X wants to meet on day/time.
This central AI will become a data dump. instead of me telling everyone involved. I can just tell the AI. instead of asking people what's the latest, I can just ask the AI.
Hmmm… I am receiving zaps from others. So I am not sure where to start troubleshooting.
Also, zap receipts sometimes don’t work, but the zaps themselves go through.
