Whether current or future purchasing power, that’s what you and everyone else is wanting from bitcoin, along with censorship resistance and its other good qualities. If you didn’t expect it to be worth at least what you paid for it by the time you need to use it, you probably wouldn’t be saving it.
Stacking sats in earnest calls for extreme measures. Don’t forget to enjoy life, but also don’t go about business as usual if your goal is to stack as much as you can. Cut costs, cut out waste and useless luxuries, simplify your life, sell unnecessary belongings, work side hustles. You are capable of saving more than you realize.
I haven’t used Alby Hub but they may simply require more confirmations before the channel is active and the balance available. Wait a few blocks and see if anything changes. Hopefully someone else can give definitive answer though.
How to respond to friends who suddenly start asking you about bitcoin this bull market:
1) Tell them you sold all yours at the bottom and let them figure it out for themselves while you go on enjoying your life and your stack peacefully.
The absolute psychotic responses from leftists over this election has already had the effect of pushing my moderately-liberal wife further to the right. It’s hilarious to watch the “party of inclusion” display abhorrent hatred and disrespect. Their accusations of “the right” are merely projections of what’s in their own hearts, and this election has made that apparent.
“Testing” a new wallet is still probably the best grift i see people use on nostr because people jump right in and send money instead of stopping to ask why this person doesn’t just test it from another wallet they already have 😂

@miljan@primal will the next update support the nostr:nprofile, nostr:nevent, and nostr:naddr formats? I see so many broken links in notes when I use Primal because other clients post those formats by default.
