if they rlly want him gone then just bomb one of his rallies then we'll have another big american tragedy and everyone seems to love those for some reason
What happens when 21 million bitcoins are mined into existence? What incentives will miners have at this point to mine blocks for new transactions? Curious about people's thoughts on this
Today's meat - 3 chuck roasts and a london broil for ~ $78, a little less than 14 lbs of beef. actual average price per pound, $5.69. This is roughly a week's worth of meat, now all sliced up into steaks and mostly in my freezer. How many of you are eating on $80/wk?
Also bought 4 lbs of bacon ends & pieces for $10, but those are mostly for my wife.
I've been eating a lot of butter lately. I snack on it, just little slivers - cut a pat off, then cut it into 4-5 pieces. But I've been eating 1-2 4oz blocks per day. That's probably too much.
The binge didn't quite end with shopping - got a couple donuts and a 40oz bottle of cold brew coffee (unsweetened) to finish it off.
The psychology swimming around my head today, though! Went dark a couple times. This addiction shit sucks. Managed to work my way out of it, literally - lots of little household/mechanical chores and fixes (mostly work out in the garage). That's always been my go-to - start tinkering around with tools on projects, mainly for other people's benefit, and let the thoughts run themselves through. Not ignoring them, accepting them, and giving myself a way to move on.
After spending all of yesterday getting up and down off the roof, and only a few hours of sleep, today my body is having a brutally honest conversation with me about my age...
@teto For some reason, I don't expect Stellar Blade graphic engine to be on par with current PC graphic capabilities. I heard is a great game anyways, though.
Guess it just depends on how much time I have left. Short amount seems like answer would be no but knowing you have more time to achieve what you want/etc I’d lean towards yes 🤷♂️
do people really feed their children this?

As a dev, I dont want client devs creating standardized WoT algos.
Thats a centralizing technique.
Instead, we should be building tools to empower users to define, share, and refine their own algorithms/filter rules.
By far the best clients today that do this are...
1) Amethyst - for letting users define word/phrases to filter out
2) Gossip - for list management
3) Nostrudel - for list management
Clients going in the wrong direction imho are those tying to create or apply dev controlled built in algorithms.. Notable offenders include
1) Primal - for the trending lists that just focus on most quotes and replies as a popularity contest amongst influencers
2) Coracle - for incessant WoT scoring algo based on follow lists and mute list
3) Damus ? is it now joining the follow/mute algo bandwagon?
Reliance on DVMs as a WoT filter is also perilous. Though using it for answers and discovery has merit.

SEN. SCHUMER: "I was just briefed by the Acting Director of the Secret Service. I applaud the Secret Service for their quick response to ensure former President Trump’s safety. There is no place in this country for political violence of any kind. The perpetrator must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
An idea I thought was cool was a lightweight PleromaFE compatible ap server that was designed with hosting multiple instances in mind, could work a bit like nginx, put options for each instance you want to host in it's own seperate config file. mainly want this because i am hosting multiple pleromas myself and its a pain in the ass to balance multiple source code files.
