No it's not possible.
They only thing you can do is remove the relay from your relay list. Relays that are slow to remove the replyguys spam are ones that don't have an active administrator.
For free relays, you should be supporting relays that remove spam quickly or look into paid relays.
I think the best solution here is that every profile has to send a request to follow and it has to be accepted before anyone can't intereact with your profile and it should cost 1 Satoshi per follow request or less to send a follow request. That would clear up spam ton 99%
I hate spammers too but there solution of banning words is silly and doesn't work because of the way Nostr is decentralized.

I think fomenting resentment is counterproductive to improving relations between groups. There's no guarantee it will pass into something better.
But I think "woke culture" actually traces back to a different source that is no less horrific. nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
