Notifications should always load when you click them. For example, I often get a blank screen when I click on notifications for reactions.

I have to go to my profile, then click on the note, then click on the reactions in order to get them to load when it does this
Trying scrolling down on the seemingly empty notification, it will pop in
Oh yeah I think someone actually told me this before and I forgot. I’ll try it out the next time it happens which will probably be in like 2 min. 😂

Try up and then down (and keep going down) I know it sounds like a 90s video console cheat but it works for me.
What are the exact steps to get to this view?

Hmm. Is it like this for 10/10 notifications? 5/10? 1/10?
I dunno. Maybe like 1 in 5. Possibly more than that. It seems to happen most often on notifications where I click it right after the notification comes in.
If you wait e.g. one minute after receiving the notification before tapping on it, would you expect it to be blank?

You guys are doing a great job! One thing I keep seeing is people asking about relays. I wonder if it would be helpful to add a little faq to relay view? What are they? How do they work? How many do you need? Etc
https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/623 you could add some tooltips. I think the ultimate solution should be automation by default https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/423 Unless you want to configure stuff yourself.
Videos shouldn’t stop playing when you scroll down to try and see the whole video. I often watch videos with a bit of the top chopped off cause I don’t want it to stop playing 😂. Maybe a lot of my problems have to deal with my screen size being smaller. I have an XR.

Oh I typed that wrong LOL, I meant to type a working one. Example, on ipadOS the app is about 20mb at download, it gets to almost 1 gyga that same day, about 900mb, after several clear caches tries it goes down to about 500mb, what the hell is all that data left there? It’s crazy!!

Have njump . me be the default share link. A way to remove all duplicates from my feed (e.g. either only show the original, or only show the most recent boost). A way to send a legacy like (+) instead of emoji (for Fediverse folks). NWC "server" (ok that requires running a lightning node, maybe with GreenLight...) Don't auto replay videos, especially not with audio. A way to scroll to last unread post, or maybe just a dotted line. Save draft. Customize (blossom / nip96) upload service.

In this case it was specifically about *re*play. I would watch a video, scroll onwards, close the app and then the next time I open the app it starts blaring at me. But agree auto-play in general is terrible. And without auto-play, you can usually just enable audio by default. But if audio remains off by default, then if I turn it on, it should restart playback.

Don’t know how to add people via their nostr id. When pasting it into search, then I don’t find anyone. How does that work??
