20/ As more people gravitate towards Bitcoin, more goods and services will gravitate towards a bitcoin economy. The Bitcoin Standard is coming, it just won't happen overnight. It will happen one by one, individual by individual, company by company. Balance sheet by balance sheet.
21/ When all is said and done, bitcoin will be taken for granted just like electricity and the internet is today. What remains in the background is a beautiful orange circle of interlocking incentives. Settling transactions, block by block.

How do you come to terms with the mistakes you’ve made along the way in your Bitcoin journey (if you made them) and move forward. Don’t say sunk cost fallacy
“I disapprove of what you say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it—unless, of course, it contradicts my carefully curated version of reality, disrupts my agenda, or makes me the slightest bit uncomfortable.”
Somehow, just not as catchy as the original.
Much love to the quiet ones who just get shit done and change the world on silent mode.
The masses might not credit you with much, but the real ones will remember everything you did and have done.
LFG y’all.
It’s maybe not the greatest time in human history to be alive from a hedonistic or self-serving perspective, but it’s absolutely the most important time to be alive to be a catalyst for positive, or negative ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, change for humanity.
The dawn of the internet (free information) and and free money (aka a fair way to store time) will transform people for millennia.
Even millennia as a frame of reference is small minded and short sighted, but I’m just a stupid homosapien.
(I think) people will look back on this generation and be jealous. Not of our traditions or our standard of living or how we treated eachother, but of the potential energy we had/have at our fingertips.
We are standing right next to a really big rock on top of really big hill right now. It’s teetering.
All we have to do is give it a nudge and whichever way we decide to push will be etched into history, forever.
There’s no pushing the rock back up the hill ever again.
LFG.
I’m ready.
All you can do is try your best.
Don’t lie, cheat, steal, hurt others.
Your best might not be what it used to be before the world took its slice out of you but, god damn, keep trying hard, be honest, be good to people.
Love you all.
Whatever imaginary lines in the world that your parents had sex in and you were born in has an incredible impact on the types of businesses, bank accounts, & services you can interact with.
All users of @theBTCco pay more fees or have limited products because my mom banged in the USA 🤯
Madness
Our fees are derived from the fees exchanges and banking partners charge us. We’ve just launched so will have to see what the charges “really” total. There are always hidden fees, legal, and operation expenses involved. But right now it’s sub 2% with the goal to come down much more over time as our volumes, negotiating power with partners grow, as we achieve economies of scale with more clients, and we become more efficient with our own operations. But who knows… it may end up costing more than we expect… we just ultimately had to send it and pick a number and see what happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What city are you?
I’ll start. I’m Philadelphia.
Sports are silly but also absolutely incredible at the same time. This guy is a legend.
Even if you don’t love/play sports, I’d recommend you watch this retirement speech.
Do you have this much passion about what you do today and what you may not get to do tomorrow?

Do not be apathetic towards the greater good. Even if life is meaningless, you can make the things around you better in the short term.
Fight for what you believe in... ideally in a sly, roundabout, and clever way that leverages intelligence and not aggression.
Don't get taken advantage of. Stand your ground. Be willing to fight. Draw the fucking line and don't be a bitch... fight for those that come after you when your line is crossed.
You're gonna die... go out with a cause.
None.
In practice, we actually don’t collect this data.
You can use us anonymously with a variety of login methods not attached to identity (lightning / btc / email / even API).
We do a static check of IP for sanctions related purposes but don’t store that data.
If you pay with credit card (in lieu of bitcoin), we do collect a few other device metrics for fraud prevention reasons.
This privacy policy was written a few years ago by some expensive lawyers who I think prioritized protecting us from every angle rather than simply stating what we do and don’t do.
They should be rewritten more clearly and accurately, and they will be… but frankly, all this is very expensive. We’re small and we dedicate our resources to working capital and building new products… ideally not paying more for lawyers.
Everyone on our team cares deeply about privacy, often to the detriment of our bottom line. Our public facing policies should reflect this… but we’ve got a few more things to push out before we go back and change all these nice to have things from the past.
Hope that all makes sense.
