Okay, I've gotten to a tipping point. I think it's finally time to retire the 7-year-old daily driver. I don't like dipping into savings, but I really, really need to upgrade my laptop.
What's the point of having savings if you don't actually use them when you need them.
Genuinely pissed off of how much the internet fucking breaks every time I try to switch back to a Firefox browser feeling like I'm pigeonholed into using some sort of chrome fork.
I guess saying "the internet" sounds kind of stupid but I don't know why but Firefox won't render images on certain sites properly internet radio stations break I can't access entire sites all of a sudden web pages break consistently when using Firefox.
Its annoying. Especially when I'm building a site, I do cross compatibility testing on multiple different browsers to make sure it doesn't matter who's accessing my site from what browser.
I really love my aftershocks, wireless Bluetooth headphones but around the house I recently got some wired headphones to try and block some of the noise in the neighborhood and I've been finding myself using the wired headphones more and more, just because it's really dope not to have to worry about a charge on something.
My initial guess is no.
It depends on if Hive Talk looks for your mute lists, but considering clients have issues with mute lists, and I am not 100% sure how Hive Talk works. My guess is they can join whatever room they want.
Sauce is simmering. So far the ingredients are tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, spalash of soy sauce, and a splash of red wine.
Definitely not Italian traditional, but it still ends up being a very good sauce. No need to add water to the sauce, because if you have enough tomatoes, the tomatoes juices will act as your water. And now that I have things simmering, I'm just going to let this simmer down for a handful of hours. If it's too chunky, I might throw it in a blender, add the last of my tomatoes, and keep simmering it down.
I'll turn this into a proper recipe in a little while. This is one of those things where I just eyeball everything and don't bother with a precise measurement. After it's simmered for a couple hours, I'll taste it, see if it needs anything. Adjust, keep simmering, and repeat the process.

Should I keep track of what I'm doing and post the recipe for the sauce I'm making? I generally don't write down the recipe. But if there's an interest in a canning recipe, then I'll post it.

I forgot someone was going to be dropping off a bunch of tomatoes at my house. And now I have a sink full of tomatoes that need to be turned into sauce.

I occasionally debate with myself about setting up another server for activity pub. It's a weird experience being a solo server that doesn't have speech policies, so you get blocked by most of the larger instances.
The real global feed. 😂

I just want a new Fallout game. 4 was ok. But after putting in a couple hundred hours into it, I'm not sure there's anything left for me to do in that game. 😅
