It's still impossible for malicious nodes or any third parties to know of the amount being sent or who received it.
This was basically an attempt to correlate a transaction (sender) to an IP address. And even then it was mixed/dubious results. The Chainalysis agent says it themselves all throughout the video and is in awe over Moneros privacy.
If Skipper actually watched the video he would know this, but he didn't and fell for the clickbait articles. Convenient for his narrative though.
Also, Full Chain Membership Proof upgrade (initial implementation is months away) is going to get rid of edge cases like this for senders anyway (which was already well known by Monero bros for years)
