Monero folks are figuring out the right way to nostr

Creating community relays and clients

We need much more of this, if anything this is nostr's killer feature, and completely destroys the mastodon server model

nostr:nevent1qqsfhsx3f67kflkcuz2kcaw6lhyzqk02eeyeuzvwh02nzyge078adpgpzdmhxue69uhhwmm59e6hg7r09ehkuef0qgst55g4cdaslyg72v8dd3y8ej7ekuma5vlafwy2navsscph3sr27csrqsqqqqqpxwrhp3
also destroys the bluesky which borrows from mastodon but funnels it all into their VC burn funded bullshit central cluster, and the blockchain idiotic fartcaster "but muh consensus" model as well, which is completely inappropriate architecture for a social network

but anyhau, the monaros need their little relays and clients and good on them but if they don't use tor they are retarted
It's just a fork of nostrudel
 With custom relays
Could you not just do the same with nostrudel though...
how will new users know which relays to use?
Very well, if you surface them as Communities
I don't think forks of clients with predetermined relays is the best way for users to discover relays. Users should pick their own relays, not just have them assigned by the client they first use.
Most are not going to do that though. How about a few popular public relays are default and the last one or two are randomized. What you think? 🤔
Every clients onboarding needs a relay explainer. The user must know how relays work and a good place to browse them.

tor, i2p, same same, you can't talk up monero's utility while doxxing yourself it's just absurd
 It is all about choice.

My choice when to be private or not.
