Forget what you think you knew about Linux on touchscreens.
Forget your "Gnome is made for touch screens" memes.
Try Plasma 6 on a touch screen for yourself.
Most people have little faith and low expectations for the upcoming RasPi 5.
Not me. I except to run Skyrim, Borderlands, Wolfenstein New Order and maybe Doom 2016 on the Pi 5.
Failed to load shared library ‘libsomething.so.0’ referenced by the typelib: /lib/libsomeotherthing.so.6: version `SOMEAPI_9.99’ not found (required by /usr/lib/something1.0.so.0)....
I want to hunt down the person who came up with the idea of mixing backtick and single quote for the SOMEAPI part. And give them a long stern look. (like 3 or 4 hours long)

still not perfect because my Filco doesn't have the right stabilizers but I ordered a Razer Huntsman (pink!) and it will make things a lot better.
Other than the space bar and the enter key, it's a joy to type on, the keys are so smooth!
@425a31b8 the optics in any phone aren't capable to capturing 48MP of details. Let alone 200MP. It's easy to save a JPEG to any size by just applying a fancy "AI powered" upscaling algorithm. It's just a scam to look good on spec sheets. Photographers use DLSRs with huge lenses over phones for a reason.
@e0e3b1bd I want to get the Lutris Snap published but the volunteer who has stepped up to help with this task is kinda struggling right now.
It seems he's facing the same kind of issues I had to deal with when building the Flatpak but those issues are seemingly much harder to get resolved with Snap.
As with Flatpak, we have to fight the sandbox instead of benefiting from it.
What's your recommended route to get outstanding issues resolved? The Snap forums?
Unity only need to say 7 words to get them out of the hot mess they put themselves in: "Our changes only apply to mobile games".
Then everyone would immediately stop caring.
People don't reinstall mobile games because most of them are trash.
@4e1481dc I get the point of the split keyboard, I have a similar reasoning for not having a numpad (being tall but not wide). I'm more confused by the lack of certain keys and the advantage of having to access them through a modifier.
@de065696 I'm totally with you on that. And I wouldn't call it weird either. Num pads are useful for some programs and I have a separate num pad, which I place on the left of the keyboard whenever I use it.
