As you get older you realise everyone pretty much tried their best for where they were at. Forgive, learn from it and move forward. It’s not that you need to agree or forget but it is important to free yourself from it and allow the next phase to open up.

Sketch out ideas, interact with others, enjoy life.
Stay healthy, fit and look after your inner self.
