#Nostr content quality is really taking off lately.
"So how is the effort to try to find a fundamental theory of physics going to work in practice? We plan to have a *centralized* effort that will push forward with the project using essentially the same R&D methods that we’ve developed at Wolfram Research over the past three decades,"

They are going to fail.
Best steak in Rochester, NY is here:

Apparently, back and blue is a reference to the way the steak is cooked. Charred on the outside and blue rare on the inside, aka Pittsburg style. It's awesome. Also, the food they serve is mostly meat dishes and is really clean.

Just finished reading The Price of Tomorrow by Jeff Booth. Not much new in it that I haven't heard Jeff talk about already in his numerous podcasts he's been on but one thing that I found profound was the way he described the coming AI boom and it's implications. I never really grasped just how big it is. I've put the book down feeling it's really important to get my head wrapped around AI as much as possible and fast.

Where my raspberry pi enthusiasts at?! I’m learning about Linux!!!!
I used to be but @wtogami has shown me another way. Low cost, used laptops.
Way more convenient too. Don't have to get a monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
The Snow Leopard by Peter Matthiessen is one of the best books I've ever read. The way I interpreted the spiritual journey of the main character reflects the reality and longing for spirituality as I understand it.
