Creating this note for self documentation.
I've been sick with a cold. Left work early on Sunday. I had a grand mal seizure later that day.
First time since my car accident almost three months ago.
Heartbreaking. I wish this wasn't my reality.
My seizures bring me a deep level of shame.
The mood swings are heavy.
Besides BreadandToast.com, I only post @Bread and Toast content on #Nostr. This way I stay in control of content production for the project. It's been an idea I've been playing with since late 2020. I wondered for years how I could share it with the world in a value-for-value way and without having to sacrifice my principles. Thanks to #Nostr I could finally do that.
