Creating this note for self documentation.

I've been sick with a cold. Left work early on Sunday. I had a grand mal seizure later that day. 

First time since my car accident almost three months ago. 

Heartbreaking. I wish this wasn't my reality.

My seizures bring me a deep level of shame. 

The mood swings are heavy.
