@Springtime for Zeon (Woggy Mk II) >bro they’re testing emergency systems bro be scared bro
I get one of these every year, I know that it hasn’t been going since I was born, but I also cannot remember a year I didn’t get a test message for the fire service, if you know what I mean. Emergency systems need testing, I don’t get why boomers are so fucking retarded that they can’t work this out.
@☃️:architect:elftummy🍟🏔️ It’s because they’re all trying to live in the same city. Same with groceries, except in the far north, they put the prices up not just because of backend shit, but because with scarce enough access and a large enough customer base, someone will have to buy it.
The same is true in Australia & New Zealand. Melbourne house prices? Cool mil in the outer suburbs. Go slightly regional and the house prices almost immediately halve, go further regional and they’ll halve again.
Just don’t live in one of 5 immense, sprawling, overpopulated cities. It is not hard.
@BunnygirlAbductor The harder you struggle against it the more effectively you’ll be able to make 54 year old chinese women melt the fuck down in impotent rage.
@mushroom soup They’re cheap because of the extensive list of obligations, restrictions and regulations governing just about every aspect of what you can do with them. You’re also required to hire extremely expensive artisans to repair any aspect of them, generally, because neither you nor any other builder has the skills necessary to conduct even moderate repair with specific mortar, stone cutting, so on.
They’re also quite damp and drafty.
