I have just landed back home in Brazil after more than 3 years. I opened my cellphone to see bitcoin pumping to all time highs in the local shitcoin fiat. None of my normie friends own any btc. I admittedly stopped trying to orange pill them since I moved to Australia over 5 years ago. But crazy to see they haven't done the work themselves.

La o agio eh maior mas nao precisa depositar btc de colateral. importante entender que comprando sem kyc tu sempre vai pagar mais caro do que comprando de uma corretora com kyc. O premio eh um trade off justo. Vi que tu ja teve uma resposta com outras ferramentas que nao conheço e podem ser melhores pra quem mora no Brasil. o fato eh que existem varias opçoes e cada uma tem os seus trade-offs. Bitcoin diferentemente de um sistema centralizado eh um pouco mais complicado e exige proof of work. mas eh o custo de ser soberano.

I have something similar although not as organised. But I have about 5 notebooks full of ideas. I don't write them down daily neither review with any consistency. Also my ideas are writen in longer form and with some drawings.

Pra compras do dia a dia e economias circularea via lightning acho bem tranquilo. Compras relevantes como imovel é o que tu disse, precisa de reconhecimento do legacy. Ou vira legal tender ou criamos um sistema anarquico que pessoas possuam imoveis sem reconhecimento estatal (nao estaremos vivos pra ver isso se um dia vier a acontecer).

What I've been doing lately is every time someone complain that cost o living is going up or that things are too expensive I disagree. I say that in fact everything is cheaper now. It take less time, less effort and we can make better stuff. I initially bring gold as an example and I say that whatever they are complaining about, when priced in gold is actually cheaper. When they ask me if I own gold I say "yeah, but not much. gold is shitty to own. I own bitcoin, I believe is way better ". It is interesting to see the reactions.
I hear your point. You must have a geography that allows for a good defense without a big army. Basically, only nations inislands and mountains can have small governments without being invaded.
One point on monopolies is, once there is a paradigm shift they are too big to move fast and will probably get behind. While things are the same the economics of scale will favour the larger players and create monopolies. When things change (technology, behaviour, values) the larger you are the harder to change and adapt.
The way @fountain_app distributes the sats could be replicated. For every sats the parent loads into the wallet, the wallet devs get 1%/2%, the educator who made the material avalible get 3%/5% and the kid get the rest. As a parent you can choose what will you add sats rewards to, and anyone can create educational material. NOSTR web of trust with a raputation score plus the parebt proof of work of looking into the material before loading the awards, and even the parent ability to block specific contenr to their child culd create really nice incentives.
I want a mix of wallet+udemy for kids. a wallet with many educational content the parent can load sats into any or all activities. As the children complete them they redeem the sats.
Any devs willing to take a project like this?

It could start with math problems, as the problems are correctly solved, the kid earn sats. You could have a duolingo stuff, helping them learn a new language. Chess games already have a play by play analysis, they could be rewarded for good moves.

Having a child was the positive trigger to start writing. My kids will have a lot writing on their growth and development, but also a personal diary of life and thoughts. I know I wish zi had that from my parents and grandparents.
