 Today is 88th anniversary of Battle of Cable Street. Where anti-fascist alliance of East London Jews, Irish, and workers unions beat crap out of fascist Sir Oswald Mosley and his 1000s of blackshirts. After seeing horrors of WW2, uk Jewish vets refused for it to happen again.
It was a violent attack on Moselys "free speach", yet it squashed the rise of another Hitler.
