@dollarparity I am not an expert, but it probably is. I have seen rivers with red water due to the iron in the ground. That was natural and not polluted. I’m not sure if the same applies at this location.
@b8889edb I might go back and check. It could be the lens, or maybe the film, ISO rating and developer. With film photography there are so many variables!
@b8889edb I haven't really noticed a difference in contrast between Takumar and Nikon lenses, but I have taken a shine to the Spotmatic with Takumar lenses. Maybe it is a contrast thing. I have only been using Takumar for a few months.
From my website, a photo article about Antequera https://www.tapasinthesun.com/spain-places/antequera/
I took the photos earlier this year but have only got around to writing the post. And yes, I know, the photos are digital and in colour 😳😱
@b8889edb Thank you. I have just been commenting in another other post what a great camera the Spotmatic is. The Delta @ 50 IS0 and Acurol-N works great too
@87b364ab I remember those. I was sent to the Middle East for work. The company I worked for used to send me instructions and updates by Telex. I never measured their length though.
@6c415b26 I like the first one in particular. Wonderful tonal range. I often pull FP4 and Delta 100 because of the bright sun here in Spain. It works well for me.
@a3e2a07b It makes the photos more personal and memorable. It's the imperfections that make them special.
Did you have the latest updates from Sellotape installed?
@93f088de Dogs are great friends. Chester was a Springer Spaniel, so much bigger, but the colouring/pattern was similar. Yours looks happy and playful.
@a7161eb4 Absolutely! A physical print is something else. I’m glad I have started again after a two year break. Before that, I used to print in the 70s and 80s.
