Bae and I visited our share of mosh pits in those years. Now when our human resources find an MP3 player we need to make sure that their heads aren't about to pop.

The nose was the election riots then the baseball shooting. They're escalating while punishing every act of reactionary activity as part of a vast conspiracy.

>stop seeing us as enemies, it makes it harder for us to do things to our enemies
We didn't fall for it at the beginning of your term, we aren't going to fall for it now.

>Gonzalez concluded that because the unit violated city codes, Jovanovic had to withdraw his eviction notices until he could prove that the unit was in compliance.
So... the unit that she'd been living in for months wasn't compliant so she couldn't be forced to stop living in it?

RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

They're changing the charges so that his defense doesn't invalidate the law. So that 10 minutes after the verdict, every democrat can forget it happened and continue to argue in bad faith for gun control by any means. They can't do that with a precedent... they can but it's harder.
