You could use an HTTP tunneling service like Ngrok. But you are better off with a professional homeserver that is available and maintainable if you don't want to babysit a server yourself.
Maybe Homeserver is not a good name then?
It is mostly inspired from Matrix homeservers ... I think it is nice, the home of your data, it doesn't have to be literally in your house.

It will be under the control of the host, by definition, but you can fire them and take your data somewhere else without asking for permission because URLs are under your total control.
