Is there some kind of app or website you wish existed?

Please give me free business ideas to steal.

Not bitcoin or nostr related, something your normie self needs
Make sure it’s something people are actually willing to pay for. Ideas are cheap, forking over money is the real signal.
 Schools be like
 🤔🤔🤔
I want to stream sats for pirated content so that people stream sats to me for my pirated content.

Eventually the media will get wise and pirate their own content for sats.
shopping market platform like amazon, ali express, lazada, shoppee, ebay
basically silkroad market but everything exist on nostr.
youtube, but everytging is on nostr.
this is hard to do but I think there are some ways around to do it not exactly like UX on youtube but still possible.
Health, nutrition, wives tails, any other thing that can be 'studied', etc., but instead of studies, it's people contributing sats to what worked best for them or their children.
An app kinda like yelp but lets users report what food options the restaurant has that are free of seed oils. For example, most burgers are cooked without seed oils on the grill but the habit soaks their patties in seed oils before they are shipped to the store. Info like that would make things easier when picking out a restaurant to eat at for carnivores.
 Already exist. Localfats.com
Is there any official organisation/movement that works against fiat? #Damnyoufiat 😅
Gamify educational content. Think brainage on DS but a lot more content and progression.
Social features to compete with friends
 This idea has legs
I can help design. I can code a bit but I'm really an idea guy. I love workshopping and brainstorming stuff.

Def has legs, stuff like wordle is really popular for a reason 👀
An add-on widget for music streaming apps that let's you keep the same playlists/liked songs/preferences across services. Even better would if it allowed you to switch between services through a single portal.
Also, to add to the streaming widget idea, I still want to be able to post songs to a public feed where it can be played in the feed without having to switch back to the service. I'm thinking of something similar to the share options but the result won't be a link back to the service.
Foss “strong”-like fitness app focused on staying humble and tracking of stacking kg in the gym.
A film distribution platform that enables filmmakers to self-distribute their movies and profit-share with their collaborators. (Prime Video/iTunes Store but with open-source freedom money)
Some sort of augmented reality app that can scan a piano and then let you move it around your house/space to see where it would fit best.
A market like eBay but based on peer to peer networks and BTC. Maybe even hooks into the real eBay?
 A beauty app for women.
Find someone in your area qualified to do you hair, make up, nails, eyebrows, facial, and other trivial non regulated beauty task at home or on the go at a hotel or Airbnb. Need help getting ready for the party? Use this app. Save time and money with a trusted network. don't completely take the idea I can help you make it happen.
Your post is generating a lot of discussion.

Build a decentralized email service, so people can avoid being de-platformed.

Maybe consider taking https://github.com/foxcpp/maddy and integrate with a private nostr relay and etc...

I'm not aware of any de-centralized email service available today.

I would gladly pay sats for this service.
This is a very good idea. It is very needed and yet missing.
Email was supposed to be decentralized with most user running their own mail server. But internet history went another way and now the email is a kind of mafia that will leave you on the side of the road if you play solo. Sad but it was had to avoid.
Got 2 for you. One could be kinda controversial, the other prob. easier to monetize.

1) Application or website where anyone can rate police officers. Scrape public records on all municipalities for badge #, name, salary etc. and assign a profile for each officer for the public to be able to rate/comment on... could call it Rap-Sheet, Rate-A-Cop... etc.

2) Application or website where people can see news on a given topic in tiles (1 news topic/tile) you can scroll/swipe through that is in an easy to digest "report card" format. This would quickly show users what the gist of a news topic was and where each of the mainstream news and independent sources stand on a topic vs. the others. Maybe also give the ability to turn on and off news sources that show up on each report card to curate the sources you are interested in. Then if anyone want's to dive into a specific publications news article to learn more you can redirect them to that site by clicking on their report card rating for that tile.
A page with better stats for measuring the economy. Right now it's a committee using vague language and manipulated stats to determine a recession. For instance: avg income(that excludes upper class. Billionaires skew avg income stats) compared to a never changing basket of goods that only includes housing, food, utilities and healthcare. And do this year by year so people can see the cumulative decline in general population wealth. People think once inflation goes back down we are ok but the losses are never regained.
An archive of predictions from different people on different topics - politics, economics, stock market, climate, etc.
For-profit, open source #e2ee home security suite.
Interested, and can help as non-dev
Some way to cut through all the garbage 4/5-star reviews on Amazon to get to products that are *actually* high quality. @samah and I end up returning a ridiculous number of items that NPCs rate highly, but turn out to be junk.
An E2E open source app like standard notes but with reminders, reoccurring events/tasks feature.
A #FOSS only marketplace sort of like #envato ones but selling professionally designed templates for open source software only like #Shotcut, #Kdenlive, #Blender, #Natron, #Libreoffice, #Scribus, #Gimp, #Wordpress, etc.

 A web app for #thecasine
