Have not seen latest Dune will pass on current. In the original there were a number of solid character examples: the value of heritage and cultivation of heirs, driving to goals, overcoming fear, good over evil, not deviating from mission, etc. 

Same messages in numerous movies. To save time with less muddled messages I recommend ‘The Last of the Mohicans’ , ‘Braveheart’ or any future screen play by Lyn Alden.
