Which client are you using? In Amethyst, its the swipe-right menu, under "security filters"

The reply guy isn't the problem. It's trivially simple to spam Nostr in this way. I suspect it's a friendly stress test to get people focusing on a solution to it. Those replies could easily be something really offensive, be grateful they're not.
