They need to do notifications without using app like others do. People often forget that they have this app or that something interesting is happening.

We need to learn why they left and what their needs are. The nos team is currently reading The Mom Test, so we can better understand how to talk to users. When people know we make nostr apps they want to tell us they’ll use it, they want to make us happy, they want nostr to succeed, but we need to learn about their actions and reasons not hopeful chit chat. Thank you for all your work, devs! I would only add that we should remind everyone that you cannot rely on technical fixes to solve social problems. If people aren't using Nostr because they don't like the people already on Nostr, then don't believe them when they try to let you down gently with "oh, I just don't do purple, it just isn't me", for example...
