We need to learn why they left and what their needs are. The nos team is currently reading The Mom Test, so we can better understand how to talk to users. When people know we make nostr apps they want to tell us they’ll use it, they want to make us happy, they want nostr to succeed, but we need to learn about their actions and reasons not hopeful chit chat. 

The Mom Test is an easy read and you can get the book directly from the author, drm free. I hope more us will read it and take its ideas to heart.
