The book "The Phoenix Protocol" should be in everyone's health library.
Let me know what you think of carnivore diet. I am on a raw diet (just nothing processed ) and feel great but interested how I would feel. Tried before and I had some swelling issues but I think it was more my recent surgery than the diet itself 🤷♂️/ Thanks too.
When I get home friday night and weigh myself, I'll let you know..I was plateauing so this time I incorporated a more strict diet and had water and exercise. I'm definitely not as hungry. I am a snacker, once I eat I cants stop..but eating this way, I just eat when I am hungry
Okay great. Thanks too. Yeah I have issues snacking (my wife has better discipline with types of snacks too), but I am just curious to see if you feel like you function better or more efficiently, etc. Thanks again ✌️🤝
I was doing vegan for seven years and I felt fine but when I started eating boxes of pasta in a day, I wasn't. I definitely feel lighter and more energetic when I am appreciating my body. The problem was I was never satisfied with food, I wanted to eat all kinds of things, but with carnivore, its the first I eat to just eat. It's not about a meal. Which is super new to me since I have been fighting food addictions since I was kid, super emotional eater
Yeah I did vegan before and found myself super inflamed because if I didn’t eat raw it was highly processed and making me swell.
I tried to eat mostly veggies, but I was bloated. I dont get bloated on this as much. at all
