Add it to a smoothie, or add to compost pile for fertilizer.
It’s just really not flavory anymore… as my juicer squeezes everything out 😅 it’s just pure fiber and a little acidic… and I eat so many veggies and fruits…I really have enough fibers in my daily food 🤣 yes? The compost for sure if there is no better idea 🙃
I know you can make vinegar from the peels… maybe all the pulp would work. Use it in baked goods like zucchini flour. Feed compost or animals.
