I know you can make vinegar from the peels… maybe all the pulp would work. Use it in baked goods like zucchini flour. Feed compost or animals.
Thanks for these great ideas. Vinegar...hmmm. I could try. But Probably all the good enzymes are already gone with the juice. I will make a attempt with a small batch 🙌🏼🙏🏽
