I don't know this brand specifically, but EMT shears are great for cutting anything tough. They actually will cut a penny... once. The blades have fine serrations that grip to help cut and a penny cut will flatten those out. These things aren't 'sharp' in a way that will glide across butcher paper or Christmas wrap, but they will slice through all kinds of things.
